We want our patients to feel as comfortable as possible during their stay at Saint Francis Hospital at Broken Arrow. In order to be respectful of the comfort of other patients and their families, please note the following visiting hours.
Visiting hours vary depending upon the room assignment.
ICU—visitors are limited to two at a time and only for brief periods. Visitors are not allowed during report times: 6:30-7:45 a.m., 2:30-3:45 p.m. and 6:30-7:45 p.m.
Medical/Surgical Unit—visiting hours are noon to 8 p.m.
Surgery—Only immediate family members should visit the day of surgery and no more than two individuals at any time.
Overnight visitors are welcome if a family member is critically or terminally ill; if the visitor is a parent or guardian of a pediatric patient; a family member of a first-day post-operative patient; a visitor’s stay is approved by nurses and physician.
Children are allowed to visit if they don’t have a cold or another contagious disease and are accompanied by an adult at all times.
The information desk is located in the main lobby of the hospital. The desk is staffed by volunteers who can help you locate a patient’s room or departments throughout the hospital.

Pastoral Care and our Chapel
The Pastoral Services Department at Saint Francis Hospital at Broken Arrow is here for patients and family members. We have a chaplain that is available to meet with you. Our Pastoral Department can provide you with free literature. Also, all clergy are welcome to visit members of their church, mosque or synagogue. Our chapel is located near the main entrance of the hospital and is open at all times for patients, family members and the public.
Gifts, cards, snacks and sundries are available in the Auxiliary Gift Shop located on the first floor. Gift Shop hours are 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Our cafeteria is located on the basement level. The cafeteria is open Monday through Friday 7:30-9:30 a.m. for breakfast and 11 a.m.-1 p.m. for lunch. Vending machines are located on the main level across from the information desk and in the cafeteria.
